Joanna was truly amazing to work with! My husband and I had worked with two REALTORS prior to working with Joanna and both times felt like the REALTOR was trying to push us into a sale or area that we didn't want. It was clear to Joanna that she truly cared about our interests and wanted to help us find the home that was best for us. If she thought one house or the neighborhood didn't suit us she would be honest and tell us every bit of detail she could about the area. Joanna Kirylo made our first-time home-buying experience as comfortable as possible (for a big, life-changing decision)! Her knowledge and experience helped put us at ease and her ideas as we were envisioning what each house we looked at could be for us was really invaluable. She was very responsive and great at communicating which was important during this process.
